Are you ready to lead the charge in mobile marketing and drive user growth for an exciting portfolio of social gaming apps? One of our esteemed clients is on the lookout for a dynamic User Acquisition Manager to relocate to Gibraltar to spearhead these initiatives in their Headquarters! 

What's the Role?

As the User Acquisition Manager (Mobile), you'll be the driving force behind expanding our player base and maximising the reach of our clients' games. You'll work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and analytics teams to fine-tune campaigns, boost installs, and enhance user retention. Your expertise in digital marketing platforms and performance analytics will be crucial in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategy Guru: Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
  • Campaign Maestro: Manage and optimise app traffic campaigns across social media, ad networks, and other digital channels, focusing on acquiring high-quality users at scale.
  • Analytical Whiz: Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performance, including cohort, LTV, and ROI analysis, to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Creative Collaborator: Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of gamers.
  • Industry Insider: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategies and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Performance Tracker: Work closely with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts.
  • Experimentation Enthusiast: Test new acquisition channels and tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and drive user growth.
  • Conversion Partner: Collaborate with product, ASO, and CRO teams to increase conversions and improve relevant KPIs.


Job requirements

What You Need to Bring

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition for mobile apps, preferably in the social gaming/gaming/gambling industry.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing app traffic campaigns and driving significant user growth for gaming apps.
  • Gaming Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, player behavior, and industry trends.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience with digital marketing platforms such as IronSource, Unity Ads, Applovin, and other ad networks commonly used in the gaming industry.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Analytics Tools: Experience with mobile analytics tools such as Appsflyer and similar platforms is essential.
