Your Responsibilities:


Strategic Talent Partner:
You will work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their unique staffing needs and organizational goals. By leveraging industry insights and data analytics, you will craft and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with our long-term business objectives. Your role is to ensure that every hire not only meets current needs but also contributes to our future growth and innovation.


Candidate Experience Champion:
You will be the face of Patrianna Limited to all candidates, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process. From the first point of contact to the final offer, you will create a seamless and professional candidate journey. This includes developing and implementing best practices in candidate engagement, interview processes, and onboarding, ensuring that every new hire feels welcomed and valued.


Talent Scout & Network Builder:
You will proactively source and build a pipeline of high-caliber talent through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking. Your ability to identify and attract passive candidates will set you apart, ensuring that we always have access to the best talent in the industry. You will also maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and academic institutions, to enhance our reach.


Data-Driven Recruiter:
You will utilize data and metrics to continuously improve our recruitment processes. By analyzing recruitment trends, time-to-fill metrics, and quality-of-hire data, you will provide actionable insights to refine our talent acquisition strategies. Your commitment to a data-driven approach will ensure we are always optimizing our processes and achieving the best possible outcomes.


Employer Brand Advocate:
You will play a key role in promoting Patrianna Limited as an employer of choice. Through strategic marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and employee testimonials, you will help build a strong employer brand that attracts top talent. Your efforts will ensure that our company is recognized not only for our products and services but also as a great place to work.


Global Collaboration:
Working with our global HR team, you will ensure consistency in recruitment processes across all our locations. You will share best practices, participate in global recruitment initiatives, and help standardize recruitment templates. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for building robust relationships with your global HR colleagues.
