The role:

As a Risk Agent, you'll be the hero behind the scenes, catching fraudsters, minimizing risks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your keen eye for detail, analytical prowess, and organizational skills will make you an invaluable asset to the team.

What you'll be doing:



  • Spotting Fraud Early: Use top-notch tools to detect suspicious transactions and fraudulent accounts.

  • Identify Threats: Look out for money laundering, chargeback/e-check fraud, legal issues, and gameplay irregularities.

  • Loss Mitigator: Help minimize the company's losses from fraudulent activities.
  • Customer Support Helper: Assist in investigating and resolving customer queries.
  • Payment Partner: Support the Payments Specialist with any missing or rejected payments.
  • Record Keeper: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and data.
  • Pattern Patrol: Review transaction reports for suspicious activity and perform pattern analysis.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with team members to analyze and present investigation results.

Job requirements

What You Need to Bring

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in a Risk Management role.
  • Gaming Guru: Experience with USA/European Gaming accounts.
  • Communication Champ: Excellent written and spoken English skills in a business environment.
