What You’ll Do:

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, consultative relationships with partners, understanding their retention goals and providing tailored solutions.

  • Support partners in driving value from their CRM activities and achieving business objectives.

Retention and Engagement Strategies:

  • Provide onboarding and training on campaigns, offers, social media activities, and CRM best practices.

  • Collaborate with partners to optimize retention strategies, leveraging industry insights and proven techniques.

  • Plan, deliver, and monitor retention campaigns, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and ROI benchmarks are achieved.

Data and Reporting:

  • Define and track performance benchmarks for player engagement across all communication channels.

  • Partner with analytics teams to generate actionable insights, optimizing retention efforts for maximum impact.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Gaming/Gambling retention role, with expertise in campaign management, lifecycle strategies, offer management, and CRM.

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire confidence and collaboration.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Braze, or similar, and familiarity with reporting tools.
