What You’ll Do: Craft Impactful Employee Experiences & Support Office Operations
- HR & Recruitment Support: Partner with our HR team to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance across the organization. You’ll be instrumental in crafting a welcoming experience for new hires and supporting employee engagement.
- Administrative Expertise: Handle a range of office administrative tasks to keep the workspace running efficiently, including managing supplies, handling mail, and coordinating with facilities. Your organizational talents will keep our office environment efficient and welcoming.
- Document & Process Management: Maintain accurate HR records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure timely filing of employee information. Support policy implementation and provide guidance to staff on HR protocols.
- Communication & Inquiry Management: Be the go-to person for employee inquiries, providing clear, helpful information to support staff needs. From handling requests to proactively sharing updates, you’ll strengthen internal communication across the team.
- Tech & Systems: Utilize HR software and office tools to maintain up-to-date records and support team workflows. Adapt quickly to new systems and help streamline tech processes.
- Team Events & Culture: Organize and support office events that bring our team together and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Be involved in planning celebrations, meetings, and other activities that boost morale and team spirit.
