    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Set the strategy: Partner with senior leadership to design and execute operational plans tailored to Serbia.

    • Lead the build: Oversee the studio’s setup, ensuring everything is delivered on time and runs seamlessly.

    • Build an exceptional team: Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and inspire top talent, creating a workplace that people are proud to be part of.

    • Shape the culture: Develop an environment that encourages high performance, teamwork, and innovation.

    • Streamline operations: Direct day-to-day processes, optimize workflows, and identify opportunities to do things better, faster, and smarter.

    • Maximize resources: Ensure staffing, tools, and equipment are aligned to meet operational goals efficiently.

    • Keep it compliant: Ensure all processes adhere to Serbian legal and regulatory standards.

    • Think ahead: Proactively identify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity.

    • Manage the budget: Take charge of financial planning, monitor expenses, and find ways to keep operations cost-effective.

    • Connect globally: Collaborate with other studios to share best practices and align on goals.

    • Make an impact: Regularly report performance to leadership, using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field (a master’s degree is a bonus!).

    • Fluent in English and Serbian—you’re a natural communicator who builds connections easily.

    • Leadership experience in operations, with a proven track record of building and managing successful teams.

    • Experience setting up and running operations, ideally in dynamic industries like iGaming or entertainment.

    • Strong understanding of Serbian legal and regulatory frameworks—compliance is second nature to you.

    • Proficiency with operational systems, project management tools, and data analysis.

    • A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement and continuous growth.

    • Resilience and adaptability—you know how to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

    • Certifications in project management or leadership (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
