    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Lead the way: Partner with senior management to define and execute our strategy for the Serbian studio.

    • Build the dream team: Work closely with HR to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

    • Create an amazing workplace: Foster a positive, people-focused company culture that promotes growth, collaboration, and team spirit.

    • Bring ideas to life: Oversee the setup of our new studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets deadlines.

    • Keep things running like clockwork: Manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflows, and ensure efficiency at every level.

    • Collaborate globally: Work closely with other Live Casino locations to align strategies and share best practices.

    • Think ahead: Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure our business is always ready to adapt and grow.

    • Be the numbers pro: Develop budgets, monitor costs, and find ways to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

    • Stay compliant: Ensure all operations meet Serbian legal and regulatory standards.

    • Make a difference: Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and make our studio even better.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (a master’s degree is a bonus!).

    • Fluent in English and Serbian—communication is key!

    • Leadership experience in operations management, ideally in industries like iGaming or entertainment.

    • A proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring successful teams.

    • Knowledge of Serbian legal and regulatory frameworks—you know how to keep things compliant.

    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.

    • Experience working with project management tools, operational systems, and data analysis tools.

    • Certifications in project management or leadership (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.

    • A passion for creating smooth, efficient processes and a drive to make things even better.
