They are currently looking for a Head of Casino to join a collaborative and innovative working environment, working with colleagues in Malta and other locations.

The role:

Ready to shape the future of online gaming? As Head of Casino, you'll be at the helm of a thrilling portfolio of 25+ brands across multiple licenses. You'll own the casino P&L, ensuring maximum player engagement and revenue, while upholding the highest standards of gaming excellence.

Your Mission:

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute a winning casino strategy that aligns with our overall business goals.
• Oversee all casino operations across multiple licenses and brands.
• Ensure the highest standards of player experience, game performance, and regulatory compliance.

• Own the Numbers: Manage the casino P&L, optimize commercial agreements, and drive key performance indicators like NGR, Actives, Depositors, and more.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining reporting and alerts for all KPIs, both top level and a player level.

• Innovate and Inspire: Stay ahead of the curve by introducing cutting-edge casino products and features.
• Key stakeholder on defining the Casino Strategy with a proactive approach on ways to increase and optimise performance.
• Key Stakeholder for the casino product, ensuring it is always working without fault cross all markets. Staying ahead of the competition and keeping the product relevant and exciting.

• Mentor the Next Generation: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team to achieve exceptional results.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring they meet performance targets and objectives, whilst fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure Fair Play: Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and player protection.
• Ensure that all casino operations comply with the relevant licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Work with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to gambling regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support to ensure that casino products align with customer needs and deliver strong performance. Ensuing owned and co-owned KPI targets are achieved through collaborative efforts and processes.
